Down Syndrome WA Annual General Meeting

was held on Wednesday 14th September 2011.

People came along and heard about DSWA's achievements for 2010-2011, enjoyed some drinks & nibblies with friends and viewed this year's Butterfly Ball video.

The following people were elected to the DSWA Board of Management for 2011-2012:  Bill Marchbank, Mike McKevitt, Julie Jalawadi, Sue Seeber, Pam Toster, Nick Gray, Rob Tilli, Jackie Softly and Cathy Donovan

A Special Resolution to approve and adopt minor changes to DSWA's Constitution was passed unanimously.  Members will be informed once the Comissioner for Consumer Protection has been notified and the altered Constitution can take effect.  An up-to-date version of the Constitution can then be obtained at any time from the DSWA office and a copy will also be available from the DSWA website.
