Positions Available for 'Aim High' Staff and Volunteers.

Staff Vacancy - Volunteers needed

Down Syndrome WA is still seeking an Assistant Coordinator for one of the DSWA Aim High Programs.

Aim High is a skills development and social program for young adults with Down syndrome and will run for 12 months on Saturday afternoons, commencing in February 2011.  Click here to find out more about Aim High.  Staff will need to be available every Saturday afternoon between 1pm and 4pm, during school terms.  There will be a small number of additional hours at flexible times for the Coordinator outside the group sessions times.

Volunteers are also being sought for this program.  It is preferable for volunteers to be available every Saturday afternoon during school terms, so as to be fully involved in the program.  However, some volunteers might only be available every second or third week.  We still need you!!

If YOU are looking for a part time position that promises lots of fun and some challenges, enables you to use and develop your people skills and provides an opportunity to make a difference, then contact the Executive Officer Down Syndrome WA for a job description:
