Helpline 

The Down Syndrome WA Helpline is the main contact point for the Association and operates from the DSWA Drop-in Centre between 9.30am and 2.30pm on Mondays to Fridays throughout the year.  The Drop-in Centre is closed from mid December to mid January but phone messages and emails are checked regularly and urgent requests responded to immediately.

Family Support Worker

The Family Support Worker is available to talk over any issues that you may be having.  You may need access to information, someone to discuss a situation with, or someone to give you some strategies to implement.  The Family Support Worker is also able to point you in the right direction for services by other agencies.  The Family Support Worker is available to be contacted in the Drop-in Centre on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and is on call for urgent matters on other days.  Just call the Helpline for assistance.
