Young Adults with Down syndrome leave school with the same hopes and dreams as their peers, to find a job that brings them self fulfillment.  They strive to meet their full potential as they venture out into their community to jobs or further education.  With appropriate training and support people with Down syndrome can and do make an important contribution to the workforce.
